Service Scope and Deliverables

• Compilation (Basic Tier) – I organise your provided financial data into formal statements (BS, P&L, Cash Flow, Notes) that comply with accounting standards. You receive Compiled Financial Statements plus a Compilation Report. s.
• Review (Standard Tier) – I perform enquiry and analytical procedures on your financials to detect obvious errors. Deliverables include Reviewed Financial Statements and a Review Report stating that I found no material modifications needed for conformity. This provides limited assurance (negative assurance) to users. Procedures may include ratio analysis, trend review, and management inquiries. Reviews are suitable for bank financing, investor updates, or stakeholder assurance at moderate cost.
• Audit (Premium Tier) – I conduct a full audit, including testing transactions, confirming balances, observing inventory, and evaluating controls. You receive Audited Financial Statements and an Audit Report containing the CPA’s opinion on fairness. This provides reasonable assurance that statements are free of material misstatement. Audit reports typically say statements “present fairly…in conformity with GAAP/IFRS” when unqualified. An audit may also include a management letter with control recommendations. This highest-level service meets regulatory or major financing needs.

Each deliverable package includes the final financial statements (with appropriate footnotes or disclosures as required by GAAP/IFRS) and the signed CPA report (compilation, review, or audit). I ensure all work follows professional standards (AICPA/IFAC codes) and relevant frameworks.

Procedures and Limitations
