Osdire Referral Program Terms (Buyers Programme and Freelancers Programme)

Eligibility

Participation is open only to approved referrers. Osdire may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate participation at any time, including for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

“Referred Buyer” means a new buyer who signs up through your unique tracking link and places a Qualifying Order.

“Referred Freelancer” means a new freelancer who signs up through your unique tracking link and publishes offers.
“Qualifying Order” means an order that is validly placed and paid on Osdire, completed, and not cancelled, refunded, reversed, or charged back.
Buyers Programme Rewards.
1. First order reward: You earn 10% of Osdire’s net revenue from the Referred Buyer’s first Qualifying Order.
2. Future order reward: You earn 10% of Osdire’s net revenue from additional Qualifying Orders placed by that Referred Buyer for up to 12 months after their first Qualifying Order.
Freelancers Programme Rewards.

You earn 10% of Osdire’s net revenue from the first completed Qualifying Order for each offer published by a Referred Freelancer. This reward applies once per offer.
Net revenue.

“Net revenue” is the amount Osdire actually receives from a Qualifying Order after deducting refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payment processing fees, discounts/credits, and any other third-party or platform fees.
Tracking and attribution.

Referrals must be tracked through your unique link/code. If tracking fails for any reason (including cookie limits, privacy settings, ad blockers, or incorrect link/code use), Osdire may be unable to attribute the referral and no reward will be owed.
Exclusions.

No rewards will be paid for: self-referrals; existing Osdire users; referrals generated via spam, automated scripts, misleading claims, or unlawful methods; orders that are refunded, cancelled, disputed, or identified as fraudulent; or any activity that violates Osdire policies or applicable law.
Payouts.

Rewards accrue only after a Qualifying Order is completed and any applicable refund/chargeback period has passed. Osdire may delay, adjust, or withhold payouts for verification, fraud review, or compliance reasons. Minimum payout thresholds and payment methods are set in your Osdire account.
Compliance and disclosures.

You must comply with all applicable laws, advertising rules, and platform policies, including clear disclosure that you may receive a referral reward. You may not guarantee earnings, sales speed, or outcomes.
Taxes.

You are responsible for all taxes and reporting obligations related to rewards. Osdire may require tax documentation before payout where legally required.
Changes and termination.

Osdire may modify, pause, or end the program or reward rates at any time. Changes apply to future referrals from the effective date posted by Osdire. Upon termination, you stop earning new rewards; verified unpaid rewards remain payable subject to these terms.
Relationship and governing terms.

You act as an independent referrer, not an employee, agent, or partner of Osdire. These terms supplement Osdire’s Terms of Service; if there is any conflict, the Terms of Service control.

New Buyer Discount Terms and Conditions

Promoter

This promotion is offered by Osdire (the “Promoter”).
Eligibility
1. Open to new buyers only, meaning users who have not previously completed a purchase on Osdire.
2. The Promoter may require reasonable verification of eligibility.
3. Employees, contractors, agents of the Promoter and their immediate families may be excluded where permitted by law.
Offer
1. Eligible users receive 10% off the service price of their first qualifying order on Osdire.
2. The discount is capped at a maximum of $50 (or the local currency equivalent at checkout).
3. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Qualifying Orders
1. A qualifying order is the first completed purchase of a service on Osdire by an eligible new buyer.
2. The discount applies only to the service price. It does not apply to:
Use Restrictions
1. Limit one discount per person and per Osdire account.
2. For fair use and fraud prevention, the Promoter may also limit one discount per household and/or payment method where permitted by law.
3. The discount may not be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes
1. If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, or successfully disputed, the discount is void and cannot be re-issued.
2. Refunds are calculated on the discounted amount actually paid, not the full pre-discount price.
3. Statutory rights to cancel or obtain refunds under UK/EU consumer law are not affected.
Duration and Changes
1. The promotion is available for a limited time, subject to availability of the Promoter’s systems.
2. The Promoter may modify, suspend, or end the promotion at any time where there is a valid reason (for example, fraud, technical issues, or legal/regulatory requirements).
3. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect discounts already applied to qualifying orders.
Abuse and Fraud

The Promoter may refuse, cancel, or reclaim the discount if it reasonably believes there has been misuse, fraud, attempted circumvention of these terms, or breach of Osdire policies or platform rules.
Liability
1. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).
2. Subject to the above, the Promoter is not responsible for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. If you are a UK consumer, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you may bring proceedings in the UK courts.
2. If you are an EU consumer, you benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Seller Bonus: 5% Extra Earnings – Terms and Conditions

Promoter

This promotion is offered by Osdire (the “Promoter”).
Eligibility
1. Open to eligible sellers on Osdire who receive and complete qualifying offers during the promotion period.
2. The Promoter may require reasonable verification of eligibility.
3. Sellers who are suspended, restricted, or in breach of Osdire policies are not eligible.
Offer
1. Eligible sellers will receive a 5% bonus on the service price of each qualifying offer completed.
2. The bonus applies to up to 10 qualifying offers per seller.
3. The bonus is capped at $50 per qualifying offer.
4. The total bonus under this promotion is capped at $500 per seller (being $50 per offer across 10 offers).
5. The bonus is calculated on the service price only (excluding any taxes, VAT, payment processing fees, add-ons, tips, or other charges).
Qualifying Offers
1. A qualifying offer is an order for a service on Osdire that:
- is accepted by the seller,
- is completed and marked as delivered, and
- is not cancelled, refunded, or disputed.
1. Only the first 10 qualifying offers completed by the seller during the promotion period count toward the bonus.
Payment of Bonus
1. The bonus will be credited to the seller’s Osdire balance after the qualifying offer is completed and the order is confirmed as non-cancelled, non-refunded, and non-disputed.
2. Timing of release follows Osdire’s standard payout and clearing timelines.
3. Bonuses are paid in USD (or local currency equivalent at the exchange rate applied by Osdire at the time of credit).
Use Restrictions
1. Limit of one promotion per seller account.
2. The bonus may not be transferred, exchanged for cash outside Osdire, or combined with other seller-bonus promotions unless explicitly stated.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes
1. No bonus is earned on offers that are cancelled, refunded, or successfully disputed.
2. If an offer is later refunded or reversed after bonus credit, Osdire may deduct or reclaim the related bonus from the seller’s balance.
3. Statutory rights under UK/EU consumer law are not affected for buyers; this clause only governs seller bonus eligibility.
Tax and Reporting

Sellers are responsible for any taxes, VAT, duties, or reporting obligations arising from bonuses received. Osdire may report bonus payments to tax authorities where legally required.
Abuse and Fraud

The Promoter may refuse, cancel, withhold, or reclaim bonuses if it reasonably believes there has been misuse, fraud, artificial inflation of orders, self-dealing, attempted circumvention of these terms, or breach of Osdire policies.
Duration and Changes
1. The promotion is available for a limited time, subject to the Promoter’s systems and platform availability.
2. The Promoter may modify, suspend, or end the promotion at any time where there is a valid reason (for example, fraud, technical issues, or legal/regulatory requirements).
3. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect bonuses already earned on qualifying offers.
Liability
1. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).

1% Cashback Promotion – Terms and Conditions (UK & EU)

Promoter

This promotion is offered by Osdire (the “Promoter”).
Eligibility
1. Open to buyers with an active Osdire account who place qualifying orders during the promotion period.
2. The Promoter may request reasonable proof of eligibility.
3. Users with suspended, restricted, or fraudulent accounts are not eligible.
Offer
1. Eligible buyers receive 1% cashback on each qualifying order.
2. Cashback is capped at $50 per transaction (or local currency equivalent at checkout).
3. Cashback is issued as Osdire credit and has no cash value.
Qualifying Orders
1. A qualifying order is any completed purchase of a service on Osdire that is successfully paid for and not cancelled, refunded, or disputed.
2. Cashback is calculated on the service price actually paid, excluding:
- taxes or VAT,
- payment processing fees,
- add-ons or upgrades,
- any other charges shown at checkout.
Credit Issuance and Use
1. Cashback credit is applied to the buyer’s Osdire account after payment is completed and confirmed.
2. Credit can be used only toward future purchases on Osdire, subject to platform rules.
3. Credit cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes
1. No cashback is earned on orders that are cancelled, refunded, or successfully disputed.
2. If an order is refunded or reversed after cashback is credited, the Promoter may deduct the corresponding credit from the buyer’s Osdire balance.
3. Statutory rights to cancel or obtain refunds under UK/EU consumer law are not affected.
Duration and Changes
1. The promotion runs for a limited time, subject to platform availability.
2. The Promoter may modify, suspend, or end the promotion at any time where there is a valid reason (for example, fraud, technical issues, or legal/regulatory requirements).
