- Map your end‑to‑end supply chain – demand, planning, procurement, production, warehousing and logistics – and benchmark performance against best practices and relevant KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns, lead times, forecast accuracy, capacity utilization).
- Identify root causes of inefficiency: planning blind spots, parameter issues in ERP, poor master data, bottlenecks on the shop floor, sub‑optimal inventory policies or logistics setups.
- Design a practical improvement roadmap with clear actions, owners, timelines and expected impact in cost, service and working capital.
