Built a Complete Accounting System for a Café Business (Canada)

I developed a full-year accounting model for a café business, covering the entire financial workflow from raw transactions to final reporting. 

This project includes over 500 real-world style transactions, structured journal entries, and a complete ledger system to ensure accurate financial tracking, classification, and reporting.

The model is built on a well-structured Chart of Accounts (GL-based), enabling clear categorization of revenue streams, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, assets, and liabilities. It reflects a real-world accounting environment and demonstrates how financial data flows seamlessly through each stage of the accounting cycle.

In addition, I prepared key financial statements including the Income Statement and Balance Sheet, along with proper GST/HST treatment in line with Canadian accounting standards. 

The system ensures compliance while also providing meaningful financial insights for business decision-making.

This project highlights my ability to manage end-to-end bookkeeping, maintain high data accuracy, and convert financial data into structured reports.
