Principal Threat Assessment

Single principal. Threat assessment and digital exposure review with a prioritized mitigation plan.
Single principal. Threat assessment and digital exposure review with a prioritized mitigation plan.
An independent threat and vulnerability assessment for an executive, a principal, or a family, built the way protective programs are actually designed. I have run assessments across 22 C-suite principals, removing $1.2M in annual over-provisioned security cost without a single safety incident, and I serve on the Technical Committee of the Board of Executive Protection Professionals, which authored ANSI/BEP EPS 2026.
Two failures are common and both are expensive. Protection built on assumption rather than assessment, which spends heavily on the wrong things. And protection built on fear, which is intrusive enough that the principal stops complying with it. The assessment is what separates the two.
What you receive:
Threat assessment: directed threats, exposure profile, digital footprint, and pre-attack indicators.
Vulnerability assessment across residence, workplace, routine movement, and travel pattern.
Open-source intelligence review of publicly available exposure.
Risk-tiered protection architecture recommendation, proportionate to actual assessed risk.
A prioritized mitigation plan separating what is necessary from what is optional.
How I work. I assess before I recommend, and the recommendation is sized to the assessed risk rather than to a budget. Where the finding is that a principal is over-protected, the report says so. That has saved clients more money than any efficiency exercise.
Who this is for. Boards with a named principal, family offices, and executives whose public profile has changed. Remote assessment. No site visit is included.
