Osdire Credit Top Up Bonus - Terms and Conditions

Overview

These Top-Up Bonus Terms & Conditions (“Bonus Terms”) govern participation in Osdire’s promotional credit top-up offers (“Promotion”) and form part of, and are incorporated into, Osdire’s main Terms & Conditions.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Bonus Terms in addition to the Platform Terms, Payment Terms, Community Guidelines, and Privacy Policy (together, the “Policies”).

Osdire may, from time to time, offer bonus credit when users top up their Osdire balance. The bonus amount may vary depending on the top-up value and may also apply to custom amounts on a proportional basis.

All bonus credit is issued at Osdire’s sole discretion and is subject to these Terms.

Eligibility

The Promotion is available only to registered and verified users of the Osdire Platform in good standing.

Osdire reserves the right to approve or decline participation.

Osdire reserves the right to limit access to specific users, regions, or accounts.

Osdire reserves the right to revoke eligibility at any time without notice.

Bonus Allocation

Bonus credit will be applied automatically upon successful completion of a qualifying top-up transaction.

Bonus amounts are determined by Osdire and displayed at the point of purchase.

Custom top-up amounts may receive a scaled bonus, calculated proportionally.

Osdire reserves the right to adjust bonus percentages or thresholds at any time.

Terms of Credit

All Osdire Credit, including any bonus amounts:

Is non-transferable and cannot be sold or assigned.

Has no monetary or cash value outside the Platform.

Cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for cash.

Can only be used to purchase services available on the Osdire Platform.

Under no circumstances can Osdire Credit be converted into fiat currency or transferred off-platform.

Refunds

If a top-up transaction is refunded, reversed, or subject to a chargeback:

Any associated bonus credit will be automatically revoked.

If bonus credit has already been used, Osdire reserves the right to recover the value from the user’s balance or account.

Accounts involved in excessive refunds or chargebacks may be restricted or suspended.

Expiry of Promotion

Osdire reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion.

Osdire may change bonus structures, eligibility criteria, or qualifying thresholds.

Osdire may introduce expiry periods for bonus credit.

Where expiry applies, this will be communicated at the time of the Promotion.

Platform Discretion

All decisions made by Osdire regarding eligibility, bonus allocation, and enforcement of these Terms are final and binding.

Osdire is under no obligation to provide justification for such decisions.
