If the final video or project didn't met up with your expectations then, we will do it at no cost. But if you ask for a revision, for new idea that wasn't shown on the details you provided or revision for script or voiceover. This will include extra charge.

We don't do story-board, we create the script before starting the project, and after clients' approval, we'll jump into the voice and stock footage selection part.

Upon client request, we are happy to share project files. However, the client must first approve the final version of the video or any submitted project after revisions. Once the project is approved and marked as complete, the editable or source files will be provided via Google Drive.
