This Privacy Policy explains how Icopify Ltd (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use iCopify (the “Platform”). We act as controller for data we collect directly and as processor when we process data on behalf of Sellers/Buyers.

2) Personal data we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (hashed), username, profile, country, preferred language.
- Identity/KYC: government ID, tax information, business documents, nationality (as permitted by law).
- Transaction data: orders, services purchased/sold, payment amounts, payout details, invoices, tax status.
- Communications: messages, reviews, support tickets.
- Technical data: device/browser data, IP address, logs, cookies/SDKs, location.
- Marketing preferences: newsletter opt‑in status, timestamps, IP, user agent.
- User content: files and data you upload. Avoid uploading special-category data unless necessary and lawful.
3) How we use personal data (purposes & legal bases)
- Providing the Platform — performance of contract.
- Payments & fraud prevention — performance of contract & legitimate interests.

4) Email & anti‑spam practices
- Transactional vs marketing emails are clearly separated.
- Marketing emails require opt‑in and include an unsubscribe link.
- No third‑party email lists are used.
- Suppression list maintained for unsubscribes and bounces.
- SPF, DKIM, DMARC are used to authenticate mail.

- California/US: No selling/sharing of data. No use of sensitive info requiring notice.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including encryption, access controls, and monitoring. Users must safeguard their own credentials.
11) Children
Platform not intended for users under 16. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us to remove it.

We’ll update this page with any changes and indicate the new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
