This Privacy Policy explains how Icopify Ltd (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use iCopify (the “Platform”). We act as controller for data we collect directly and as processor when we process data on behalf of Sellers/Buyers.

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed), username, profile, country, preferred language.
• Identity/KYC: government ID, tax information, business documents, nationality (as permitted by law).
• Transaction data: orders, services purchased/sold, payment amounts, payout details, invoices, tax status.
• Communications: messages, reviews, support tickets.
• Technical data: device/browser data, IP address, logs, cookies/SDKs, location.
• Marketing preferences: newsletter opt‑in status, timestamps, IP, user agent.

Platform not intended for users under 16. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us to remove it.
